Great concert, unfortunately cut short
Stephen is good at connecting with the audience. I will definitely see them again. The concert was great. They had a great song selection. Trans-Siberian Orchestra are great performers. No divas. There was a good connected band vibe.
The concert was cut a half hour short because Camden has an 11pm curfew. I think they only got to play for 45 min. Lawn seats would have been better because at least they have a breeze. Unfortunately, it was also incredibly hot.
Sound quality was great as it always is at the BB&T. But the big screens were disappointing. For Trans-Siberian Orchestra it was in black and white (which was probably a band request). They didn't have any close ups from the front - the close ups were always side views. There wasn't enough close ups. The openers, Jimmy Eat World, had color in the big screens, but the close ups were also only side views.
